These Terms & Conditions apply to coaching services provided by Audio In Effect. By booking or joining a coaching programme, you agree to the terms below. 1. Coaching Services Audio In Effect provides personalised music production coaching, including: - Monthly coaching programmes - Block session packages - Individual coaching sessions - Support between sessions where included The content and direction of each session may be adapted to your experience, goals, progress and music. 2. Monthly Programme The Monthly Programme includes: - One coaching session per week - WhatsApp support between sessions - Ongoing coaching based on your progress and goals Billing occurs monthly on the same calendar date as your original sign-up date. Because calendar months vary in length, some months may include an additional coaching session. The programme continues monthly until it is cancelled in accordance with Section 6. 3. Block Sessions Block Sessions are purchased and scheduled in advance as an agreed package. The package includes: - The agreed number of coaching sessions - Sessions booked in advance - WhatsApp support between sessions Session length, scheduling and package details will be agreed before the block begins. 4. Scheduling Sessions are arranged directly between the student and coach. Students are responsible for: - Attending sessions at the agreed time - Having the required software and equipment ready - Providing any tracks, project files or materials needed for the session - Giving accurate contact and availability information 5. Rescheduling and Session Cancellation At least **48 hours’ notice** is required to reschedule a session. Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may not be accepted. Sessions cancelled within **24 hours** of the agreed start time will be counted as delivered and cannot be refunded or replaced. If Audio In Effect needs to cancel a session, the session will be rearranged and will not be counted as delivered. 6. Cancelling a Monthly Programme To end a Monthly Programme, you must provide at least **30 days’ notice before your next billing date**. Your programme and access to included support will continue during the notice period. Notice must be sent in writing to: **Email:** contact@audioineffect.com Failing to provide sufficient notice may result in the next monthly billing becoming due. 7. WhatsApp Support Where included, WhatsApp support is intended for reasonable questions, feedback and guidance between scheduled sessions. WhatsApp support: - Is available during the active programme or session block - Does not replace scheduled coaching sessions - Is not guaranteed to provide an immediate response 8. Coaching Results Audio In Effect will provide coaching, feedback and guidance based on professional experience. However, results depend on factors including your: - Attendance - Practice and consistency - Current experience - Application of feedback - Creative and technical development Audio In Effect does not guarantee label releases, DJ support, streaming results, professional employment or any specific commercial outcome. 9. Student Music and Course Materials You retain ownership of the original music you create. Teaching materials, frameworks, recordings, templates and resources provided by Audio In Effect remain the intellectual property of Audio In Effect or their respective owners. These materials are for your personal use and must not be copied, resold, shared publicly or distributed without permission. 10. Recording Sessions Sessions may only be recorded where both the student and coach agree. Any session recording provided to you is for personal learning purposes and must not be published, shared or resold without written permission. 11. Statutory Cancellation Rights Where you purchase coaching online as a consumer, you may have a statutory right to cancel within the applicable cooling-off period. If you ask for coaching to begin during that period, you may be charged for services already delivered before cancellation. Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded. 12. Changes to Sessions or Coaches Audio In Effect may make reasonable changes to scheduling, session delivery or coach availability where necessary. Where a significant change affects your booked service, we will contact you and offer a reasonable alternative. 13. Privacy Personal information is handled in accordance with our **Privacy Policy**. 14. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms & Conditions when our services or policies change. The latest version will be published on our website with an updated revision date. Changes will not remove rights already agreed for completed services. 15. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of **[England and Wales / applicable jurisdiction]**.
